The Pad fits most smartphones up to 168 × 84 × 13 mm, including the case. Always measure your phone with its case. Very rugged or foldable smartphones may not be compatible.

Very thick cases, or cases with a battery, kickstand, ring or built-in accessory, may exceed the supported dimensions. Metal cases, metal plates and some magnetic accessories can interfere with charging, reduce efficiency or cause abnormal heat, so they are not recommended with Power Pad.

No. Power Pad charging works only with smartphones that support wireless induction charging.

The handlebar must have no crossbar and must provide a clear center area. The outside distance between the handlebar clamps must not exceed approximately 145 mm.

No. A brace, speedometer, hose, cable, GPS mount or special clamps may obstruct installation. If in doubt, send us a photo of your cockpit before ordering.

Power Pad V2 includes 12 V-powered wireless charging. MX Pad V2 has no electrical connection, making it simpler and lighter, and it can later be upgraded with the MX → Power kit.

V2 keeps the original concept and compatibility dimensions while adding improvements based on field feedback: a removable magnetic sun visor with anti-loss safety, improved airflow and water drainage, easier phone removal, revised finishes and an integrated NFC chip. The electrical control position has also been revised on Power Pad V2.

The time varies by motorcycle. Allow around fifteen minutes on a Sherco, depending on access to the handlebar and battery.

MX Pad attaches to the handlebar with three cable ties. Power Pad additionally requires a 12 V electrical connection directly to the motorcycle battery or another 12 V source.

Yes, if you are comfortable making a simple 12 V connection on a motorcycle. If in doubt, ask a qualified person for help.

Spacers adapt the compartment to the phone, and the magnetic touch cover closes it securely. The foam and cover protect against vibrations, splashes, scratches and minor impacts. No mount can guarantee complete protection in a major fall or violent impact. Always check the closure before riding.

It is designed primarily to maintain charge while using GPS. With the screen on and navigation active, it may mainly limit battery drain. Results depend on the phone, case, alignment, temperature and apps in use.

Yes, especially when active GPS, high brightness, induction charging, direct sunlight, high outdoor temperature and a stationary or very slow motorcycle occur together. The phone may slow or stop charging to protect itself. In very hot weather, limit charging and remove the phone when stopped.

Yes. Use the Power Pad switch to avoid draining the battery. As a guide, the system consumes less than 50 mA when not charging and may reach approximately 1.2 A while charging.

It withstands the splashes encountered off-road, but it does not make the phone waterproof. Avoid immersion and pressure washing.

Yes. Sensitivity may vary depending on the phone, gloves, moisture and screen protector. Never operate the phone while riding.

No motorcycle mount can guarantee zero risk, as this depends on the phone, motorcycle, terrain and vibration intensity. We tested the Pads for several months in enduro with iPhone 13, iPhone 15 and Samsung S22 Ultra phones without observing camera damage.

In-stock products are generally prepared and shipped within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit time then depends on the country and chosen delivery method. For preorders or delayed shipping, the estimated date is shown on the product page, in the cart or before confirmation.

Yes. A personalized cover is made to order, so allow 5–7 additional business days for production before shipping.
