Great product and excellent customer service
This is a very good product. It is easy to assemble and works exactly as expected. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged. However, after contacting customer service, the issue was resolved quickly and easily. They sent me a new one, which arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it!

Il prodotto è veramente valido e comodo! Il “fit” sul manubrio è perfetto. La ricarica wireless è sufficientemente buona e c’è un tasto per spegnere il sistema quando la moto è ferma. Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti, avendo girato sotto pioggia insistente/forte, qualche goccia d’acqua è riuscita ad entrare dalle prese d’aria laterali e dai bordi del flap magnetico.
Il cablaggio è buono e con abbastanza eccesso di cavo di modo da poterlo fissare come si vuole attraverso il telaio sino alla batteria, anche se il connettore dal lato del Pad ha i fili troppo corti, avrei preferito averlo più distanziato dal Pad, di modo da poterlo nascondere e faccettare dietro la mascherina, invece così si è costretti a lasciarlo davanti allo stelo della sospensione e della piastra sterzo.
Complessivamente, super consigliato! Era ciò che mancava a noi Enduristi! Bravi Ride2FunParts!

I’ve personally tested the iPhone 15, 16 and 17 Pro Max in the Pad with a thin silicone case; thicker cases can make the phone too large. Hallo zusammen,ich habe mein Power Pad letzte Woche erhalten und direkt eingebaut. Die Montage verlief absolut unkompliziert und ohne grossen Aufwand. Ein toller Pluspunkt: Das Team von Ride2Fun hat mir unaufgefordert eine zweite Cover-Folie per Post nachgesendet – ein super Service, auch wenn mir der genaue Grund dafür nicht ganz klar war.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Verarbeitung der transparenten Folie: Diese schliesst an den Rändern teilweise nicht ganz sauber ab, weshalb ich etwas Sorge habe, dass sie sich mit der Zeit lösen könnte.Insgesamt bin ich aber sehr zufrieden. Das Produkt ist aus meiner Sicht eine wirklich gelungene und innovative Entwicklung!

Die Verarbeitung der Ränder des transparenten Fensters haben wir inzwischen deutlich verbessert. Bei Ihrer Hülle sollte sich trotzdem nichts ablösen. Sollte dies dennoch passieren, melden Sie sich bitte bei uns – wir ersetzen die Hülle selbstverständlich.

Super produit, montage facile et rapide(250 WRF 2007).
Le maintien de charge est top, le tactile marche bien avec la protection.
Testé pour une journée d enduro tous c est bien passé le téléphone ne bouge pas et le support non plus.

Unit works great. Charges as I go and I can see the turns I need to take without taking the phone out of my pocket. Simultaneous heat and bright sunlight make the phone too hot so I think it will work better in the winter and in the woods where you can see the screen better - which is why I bought the unit in the first place.

The Power Pad is designed to ventilate the phone when the bike is moving. During our tests in hot condition, our phones were warm but did not exceed their temperature security threshold.
However, direct sunlight can be an issue, the same way it is when a phone stands behind a car windshield in summer. Parking the bike in the shade or letting the gloves on the pad when the bike is stopped normally solves this problem.
